Shipping cost and timing are shown at checkout and vary by supplier. Review the shipping details for your order at checkout before you complete your purchase. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary by supplier and destination.

Tracking

Track your order through the updates sent to your email and through your Shopify account. If tracking information is not yet available, please allow time for the supplier to process and ship your order.

Delivery issues

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@kxabuild.com within 30 days of delivery so we can help. Please include your order number and, where relevant, a photo of the issue.
