Refund policy

We want you to love your KXA HOME IMPROVEMENT order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please note that return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.

How to start a return

Email us at info@kxabuild.com before sending anything back. We'll reply with simple instructions and the return address. Please include your order number so we can help you faster.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it's processed.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Received something damaged, defective, or not what you ordered? Send us a photo of the issue at info@kxabuild.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund — no need to return the item.

Final sale items

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply return the original for a refund and place a new order.
